This, the backbone of the company has evolved with time, but after twenty-one successful years at the Kings Acre Road site Ned's plans to relocate to a new site adjacent to the vehicle sales was accomplished.
Purpose built to keep up to date with the latest technology needed for modern vehicles this new workshop comprises of a new Class 4 Automated Test Lane for MOT testing, five further service bays, with vehicle lifts to cater for the busy service schedule, and preparation of the sales vehicles prior to display.
In July this year we welcomed back Chris Jones as Service Manager. Chris left us 12 years ago to widen his knowledge and keep up with the ever changing technicalities imposed on the modern garage envirolment. His personality, technical ability and consciensous work attitude will be very welcome in our busy workshop.
Ann Worthing is first point of contact in the service reception, greeting and organising customer's needs. A very dedicated organiser and knowledgable team member who is a very valued member of staff since joining the company in 2005. A team of three fully skilled technicians and one modern apprentice make up the team.
This new workshop also houses the vehicle valeting team. Apart from the very high standard, and attention to detail to the sales vehicles, customer's vehicles that have been serviced also have a complimentary wash and hoover.
Four courtesy cars are available for customers' convenience whilst their vehicles are being serviced or repaired.
