The servicing department at Ned Potter Ltd provides a full range of services to customers from all over Herefordshire, Worcestershire and the Welsh borders. Our highly skilled trained technicians offer servicing, MOT’s, diagnostics, and repairs to a standard required by ‘Motor Codes’ the Retail Motor Industry regulatory body.

We are committed to keeping your vehicle in optimum condition. Even the most trustworthy and well made vehicles need regular maintenance - both to fulfil your legal obligations as a driver and to guarantee the highest standard of performance, economy and safety. We have a fully equipped workshop to help you meet these demands.

When we sell a car or arrange a service we do our utmost to ensure it’s the start of a long term relationship. Looking after our customers and their vehicles will always be our number one priority.

Although we specialise in the Volkswagen Group of vehicles our technicians are highly experienced in all makes and models.

Your Appointment

Will be at the time that is agreeable to you.
We will listen to your requirements and advise on option for resolutions.
We will make you aware of any specialist services and changes required.
We will clearly explain an estimate of the charges you should expect detailing labour, parts and consumables.
We will notify you of any changes to the original estimate as soon as we become aware.

Work undertaken on your vehicle

If diagnosis is required we will make you aware of any initial costs and will not exceed this without prior notification.
All work will be carried out by trained personnel or checked by an approved colleague when being completed by a trainee.
Quality parts will be used to 'Manufacturers Original Equipment' standard.
We will make you aware of the warranty period on any parts and repairs.
Replaced parts will be retained for your inspection if requested on collection of your vehicle.
Servicing will be carried out to manufacturer’s standard for all vehicles still within the warranty period.

Our Staff

All staff will be fully trained.
All will be competent to carry out the work required or be supervised during training.
They will communicate in a way that is clear and non technical to customers.

If you have a problem please speak with Ned Potter direct, or if unavailable speak with the department manager.
We can offer an independent conciliation service through our Trade governing body, The RMI (Retail Motor Industry)
