After dealing with Ned Potter over a number of years both my husband & I were always treated with utmost courtesy & personal attention in all aspects of our dealings : purchasing, servicing, reception & timely reminders etc. After my husband died I changed my car but chose unwisely which lead to several problems ( no fault of the dealer). Ned was disappointed I was unhappy with my purchase & went out of his way to find me a replacement with which I am delighted. The sales team were very helpful and showed me a couple of cars and I had a test drive. Ned gave me a good trade in on my vehicle, with a MOT and servicing. I was pleased to get a warranty and RAC assistance. He completed the sale in a timely manner.

I bought a car from away (yes the bloody internet!) and had trouble within a week. The dealership didn't want to know although it had a warranty. I took it to Ned's and they quickly diagnosed the fault, liaised with the warranty company and took all the hassle out of it for me! Highly recommended.

I bought a car from Ned in July last year, all going well until I foolishly drove into a flood! Vehicle recovered, dried out and put back on the road in extra quick time as I'm dependent 24/7 on it!

Took my car in for a valet as I am now disabled. An excellent job done. Proves I wasn't doing it properly anyway!!

It's the third car I've bought from this garage. Each car has been immaculate and reliable. Great service and they've gone out of their way to help. One car was for a learner driver and I knew I was placing my youngster in a safe car because of the trust I have in this garage. This was important to me. My new car is perfect and I plan to return for all car services and maintenance.
